Celebrating 80 Fabulous Years of Variety
The Tent 68 Convention Committee is planning a fantastic celebration of the 80th anniversary of Variety the Children’s Charity which began its fundraising endeavours in 1928 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Please come and join the celebrations as we salute our outstanding achievements for children in need around the world. The official Welcome Party will be a very special event showcasing the unique cuisine of New Zealand.
Over 4 days you will be warmly welcomed and entertained ‘New Zealand style’ and the Convention program will focus on professional development and include a number of guest speakers with expertise on branding, marketing and communications, fundraising, leadership and other important topics.
A golf day is planned for Thursday following the Convention with local celebrities and Variety supporters and sponsors.

 The SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre features state of the art conference facilities and is connected to the newly opened luxurious 5 Star SKYCITY Grand Hotel and the 4 Star SKYCITY Hotel.
